Simon Dean has lived in the Syracuse area for the last 26 years, and is a graduate of Westhill High School. He has worked in carpentry, property management, residential and commercial construction, extensive fire department experience. He is very familiar with building construction and maintenance.

To become a professional home inspector, Simon was trained by ASHI professionals in the business of home inspection and related services. He has also been tested and certified through NACHI, the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Simon is currently the local chapter President.

Dean Home Inspection Service was established in November 2001 and remains focused on providing a fair, thorough, easy to read understandable inspection report. Simon believes it is very important that you the client understand the report and will take the time necessary to explain any items of concern related to the property, even returning at a later date to re-inspect corrected items.
